The Burntisland property is the most recent addition to our portfolio. The property itself has enjoyed a recent full refurbishment and has been furnished to a high spec. A first floor apartment in Burntisland, Fife, overlooking the links with views out to the Firth of Forth. It has two generous size bedrooms, one twin and one double room and a newly fitted kitchen and a modern bathroom with shower above the bath.

The property can comfortably sleep four people, medium term letting is preferred but would consider short holiday lets.

Burntisland is an attractive town and an ideal location for exploring Fife, St. Andrews and central Scotland. Enjoy the visitor attractions and golfing facilities (Burntisland Golf Club is recognised as the 11th oldest golf club in the world or Burntislands blue flag beach.

The property is also adjacent to the Fife Coastal Path, wonderful for cyclists and walkers.

Nearby on-street parking is available. Car, bus or train journey time into Edinburgh approx 45 minutes (23 miles north of Edinburgh city centre over famous Forth bridges). Easy access to motorway north and south. For or all parts of Scotland, buses to and from Edinburgh, and linking to services across Fife are approximately 3 minutes walk.

The Burntisland railway station (with limited parking) is a short walk away. Excellent bus park/ride facility is a 15 minute drive away with a frequent, fast and cheap bus service into Edinburgh and other destinations. Edinburgh Airport is 11 miles away.
